Technical Services Executive

Role

You will be in front of the company and will be dedicated to supporting the customers in using our products in the customers’ environment. This role also requires providing a solution to the customer through guidance, hand-holding and advisory on the correct usage of the Goldstab additives for their products.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through supporting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and associated partners such as Agents or Distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy in designated products focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and enhance existing customer business by providing insights into customer’s business requirements and their future strategy to Sales Team.
• Promote the company’s products, addressing or predicting client’s objectives.
• Provide technical support and address customer needs .
• Provide market and customer feedback and after-service support.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Keep abreast with the market trends generally and the PVC industry in particular with regard to developments, technology, and regulations in the designated geography.

Essential Requirements

• Proven relevant working experience of 8 to 10 years in customer support manufacturing PVC Pipes, PVC flexible cables, foam boards and Window profiles.
• Proven customer support track record with at least 2 years of achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to take independent trials and resolve all types of customer issues.
• Good understanding of the PVC Market, PVC products, Chemistry of polymer.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM .
• Hand-on experience on the shop floor in machine operations.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport at various levels in the customer’s organisation as well as in the Company.
• BE / B. Tech. in Plastics / Chemical from a reputed institute.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in sales of Stabilizers and Stearates or Master Batch will be a definite advantage.
• Experience in customer liaising and sales activities.
